BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO
THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM
CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND
TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE PROMOTION ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW).
BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING
ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND
REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Grappaholics 10th Year Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to
legal permanent residents (having either a social security number [SSN] or tax
identification number [TIN]) of the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and
Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and have reached the age
of majority in their state of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19
years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older; and 18
years of age or older in all remaining states and the District of Columbia; to be age of
majority) at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and wherever else
prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of GRAPPAHOLICS (the “Sponsor”), its
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, prize providers, promotion partners and internet
agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the Promotion Entities and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling,
and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to
participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be
bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements described in these Official Rules.
2. PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight)
Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 11th, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. June 8th, 2024 (the
“Promotion Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this
Promotion.
3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER(S): Sponsor will select the name of the
potential winner(s) of the prize(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries at
Sponsor’s headquarters. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received. Each potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on the social
media platform through which they entered the Promotion on or about June 10, 2024. If
a potential winner does not claim the prize within 5 business days, the prize will be

forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-
transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
4. TWO WAYS TO ENTER – INCLUDING FREE, ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY:
a. Online GRAPPAHOLICS.com Purchase Method of Entry: Entrant’s online
consent to participate in the Promotion is required to enter via an online
purchase. Internet access required. During the Promotion Period, eligible
entrants will receive one (1) entry for every one (1) order with “For Giveaway”
included in order notes section on www.grappaholics.com (the “Website”). The
number of entries you receive will be based on confirmed participation (including
following all product giveaway companies on Instagram as noted on the
Grappaholics Instagram account). 
All sales on Grappaholics.com are final due to high demand and limited
inventory. Your purchase transaction must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on
June 8th, 2024 and must include your consent to be entered to be eligible to
receive entries via a purchase in this Promotion. There is no limit on the number
of entries that may be received with a purchase and entrant’s consent.
Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or
phone service carrier may apply. If you are entering via a mobile device and
using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless
carrier may apply.
b. No Purchase Required: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will
receive one (1) entry for actively following all required Instagram accounts as
outlined on the Grappaholics Instagram page. These accounts will include but
are not limited to: @NittoTire, @DrivingLine, @BDSsuspensions, @Fox,
@FluidFilmUSA, @Shifted_Industries, @Golight_Inc, @SouthernRaisedApparel,
and @ShineSupply. 
Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion,
and by participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to accept the decision of the
Sponsor as final and binding.
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; RELEASES: By entering the Promotion, you release
Sponsor, all Prize Providers, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any
claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with
the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use
any prize (including claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to rights of
publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or
unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty
or other theory.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All actions, disputes, claims and controversies under common
law, statutory law or in equity of any type or nature whatsoever, whether arising before or
after the date of this Agreement, and whether directly or indirectly relating to the
Promotion will be subject to and resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the

Arbitration Rules of U.S. Arbitration & Mediation (www.usam.com). Any award or order
rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed as a judgment or order in any state or
federal court of competent jurisdiction, which includes within the federal judicial district of
the residence of the party against whom such award or order was entered.
7. USE OF USE OF NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, ETC.: To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use your name,
hometown, image, aural and visual likeness, social media handles, and prize information
for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or
compensation (including in a public-facing winner list). As a condition of being awarded
any prize, except where prohibited by law, winner may be required to execute a consent
to the use of their name, hometown, aural and visual likeness and prize information for
advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or
compensation. By entering this Promotion, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor
for any purpose in connection with this Sweepstakes.
8. RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Promotion or these Official Rules, either in whole or in part, with
or without notice.
