Shipping policy

Grappaholics is family owned and operated by myself and my wife. We try to get your order sent out as soon as possible, but typically drop off orders on Tuesdays and Fridays at the post office. You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled regardless of what form of shipping you chose. You will be emailed a tracking number when a shipping label has been bought. 

Once your item is in possession of USPS it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, or wrongly delivered by USPS.
