Q. How can I contact someone about my order? -

A. Please reach out to us via grappaholicsgear@gmail.com and remember to include your order number so that we can quickly address your issue. DO NOT try to DM on social media or make a post to contact us. We want to be able to find your message and respond to you in a timely manner.

Q. Can I Cancel/Return/Exchange My Order? - 

A. If your order has not shipped out we will cancel your order upon request. Please reach out to us via grappaholicsgear@gmail.com about any return requests. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed and other merchandise must be unused in order to be accepted as a return/exchange. Customer will be charged for return or exchange shipping. Damaged items are final sale as listed on their product description. 

Q. I put the wrong address on my order -

Please contact us through email immediately if you realize you have made this mistake. Usually if the order was placed less than 24 hours ago we can correct wrong addresses. If you realize after your order has shipped or because you never received your order then we cannot replace or refund your order. 

Q. Can I order a different color decal, shirt, or hat than what is on the website? -
A.
At this time we only have what is listed available. We love to hear what YOU want to see from us so do not hesitate to let us know what you would like to see in the future!

Q. What are the decals made out of? -
A.
All our decals are made out of high quality outdoor permanent vinyl. Due to their durability we do not recommend placing them on your vehicles paint job.

Q. I didn’t apply my decal correctly -

Q. How long will it take to receive my order? -

A. Grappaholics is family owned and operated by myself and my wife. We try to get your order sent out as soon as possible, but typically drop off orders on Tuesdays and Fridays at the post office. You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled regardless of what form of shipping you chose. You will be emailed a time estimate with a tracking number when the order is shipped.

Once your item is in possession of USPS it is out of our hands and we only know as much information as the tracking number gives us. If your order is still in transit 2 weeks after being shipped out please contact us so we can determine if your order needs to be replaced. 

Q. My Order Arrived Damaged

A. Please provide photos in original packaging to Grappaholicsgear@gmail.com and we will determine if you qualify for a replacement.
