Q. How can I contact someone about my order? -
A. Please reach out to us via grappaholicsgear@gmail.com and include your order number. DO NOT try to DM on social media or make a post to contact us. We want to be able to find your message and respond to you in a timely manner.
Q. Can I Cancel/Return My Order? -
A. All sales are final at this time due to high demand.
Q. I put the wrong address on my order -
A. Please contact us through email immediately if you realize you have made this mistake. Usually if the order was placed less than 24 hours ago we can correct wrong addresses. If you realize after your order has shipped or because you never received your order then we cannot replace or refund your order.
Q. Can I order a different color decal, shirt, or hat than what is on the website? -
A. At this time we only have what is listed available. We love to hear what YOU want to see from us so do not hesitate to let us know what you would like to see in the future!
Q. What are the decals made out of? -
A. All our decals are made out of high quality outdoor permanent vinyl. Due to their durability we do not recommend placing them on your vehicles paint job.
Q. I didn’t apply my decal correctly -

Q. How long will it take to receive my order? -
A. Grappaholics is family owned and operated by myself and my wife. We try to get your order sent out as soon as possible, but typically drop off orders on Tuesdays and Fridays at the post office. You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled regardless of what form of shipping you chose. You will be emailed a time estimate with a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Once your item is in possession of USPS it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, or wrongly delivered by USPS. Each order has insurance included with the shipping label purchased by the customer. If you have an issue with your order once it is in possession of USPS please file a claim with them or visit your local post office. When you pay for shipping that also can cover insurance on your order up to $100 with USPS.
Q. My Order Arrived Damaged
A. Please provide photos in original packaging to Grappaholicsgear@gmail.com and file a claim with USPS for damaging your order in transit. When you pay for shipping that also can cover insurance on your order up to $100 with USPS.
